Everyone is invited to participate in the weight ratio competition. A competition for students to test and demonstrate their overall fitness and strength. Seven exercises: Bench press, squats, power cleans, chin ups, dips, vertical jump, and crunches. Strength-Weight-Ratio will be calculated by adding together the max out results and dividing the total by the body weight.
