Brother Craig W. Simpson was born October 6, 1954 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He served a mission to England from 1973-1975. He married the former Margaret A. Cartwright on May 22, 1976, in the Idaho Falls Temple. He received a BS degree in Accounting from BYU in 1978 and Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho in 1981. From 1981 to 2009, Brother Simpson practiced law in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In 2009, he was set apart as a mission president assigned to the Canada Halifax Mission from 2009-2012. He is currently employed by Westmark Credit Union as general counsel. He and his wife are the parents of 5 children and 19 grandchildren. He is currently serving as the Stake President of the Married Student 4th Stake.
