President Harold C. Brown
President, Draper Utah Temple 

Harold C. Brown was born in Hoytsville, Utah, as rural farming community. He served a mission to the American Indians. Brother Brown graduated with degrees from BYU and the University of Utah. He served as the Commissioner of LDS Family Services and as the Managing Director of the Welfare Department of the church, where he oversaw the humanitarian work around the world. He served on the Advisory boiard of the Graduate Schools of Social Work at both Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. Having served in various church callings, including bishop, stake president, Area Seventy, and mission president of the Provo Utah Mission, he currrently serves as President of the Draper Utah Temple. The most important part of this introduction is that he is married to the former Penny Dalton who serves as the matron of the Draper Temple. They are the parents of 10 children and 34 grandchildren.
